CN Partners chooses Interxion�s Secure Data Service backup solution

Amsterdam, July 12, 2005�Interxion, the leading provider of carrier-neutral data centre and managed services in Europe, today announced that it has been selected to supply a managed online backup and restore solution Secure Data Service to CN Partners Automatisering B.V., a Hilversum, Netherlands, based IT services provider to the medical industry. Secure Data Service guarantees CN Partners high level of security, efficiency and availability required by this heavily regulated industry.

Since 1979 CN Partners supply hardware, specialised software solutions and managed IT services to the medical industry. Currently more than 350 GP practices in the Netherlands are using CN Partners� software and services. In this market, where the privacy of patients� information is extremely important, CN Partners is required to meet strict data privacy standards.

CN Partners have chosen Secure Data Service (SDS) - Interxion�s online backup and restore service - that creates fast, successful backups and ensures data is instantly available. Backups are carried out in real-time over the Internet to a highly secure vault at Interxion�s data centre with 128-bit encryption ensuring complete confidentiality of the patient�s data. SDS features delta blocking and common file elimination technologies allowing incremental backups to be completed in a short backup window whilst minimimising bandwidth requirements.
