Proper maintenance of your infrastructure is vital to the seamless operation of your equipment and your business. Maintaining your equipment, often a long way from your home base, can be difficult. Even with the most meticulous maintenance protocols, faults can occur. In that case, a rapid response by onsite engineers is essential to restoring your systems to full productivity. Interxion�s Hands & Eyes service provides a cost-effective, high quality solution for your installation and maintenance needs.

Our services

Interxion designed its industry-leading Hands & Eyes service to ensure that our customers have consistent engineering support services across all Interxion sites. The key benefit of Hands & Eyes is that it enables you to provide services in new locations, extending your reach and footprint, without investing in expensive and hard to obtain skilled engineers.

The Hands & Eyes service offers generic installation and maintenance services for customers in Interxion's Data Centers across Europe. The service provides pre-scheduled and rapid response resources to perform installation or maintenance work on any equipment located at the Data Center.

Pre-Scheduled Services
Pre-Scheduled Services provide you with an onsite technician who will act as your supervised hands to perform simple equipment �fixes,� referred to as Installation Support and Basic Maintenance; or complex installation, configuration or troubleshooting, referred to as Advanced Maintenance. When a request for service is received, Interxion provides an estimated budget and timeline for completing the work. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, our technicians commence working.

Rapid Response
Interxion can provide you with supervised first-line maintenance support. At your request, we will dispatch a technician onsite to act as your hands and eyes to perform simple equipment �fixes� referred to as Basic Maintenance or more sophisticated work, called Advanced Maintenance. Both Basic Maintenance and Advanced Maintenance are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Rapid Response support provides an onsite technician, 24 x 7, within a guaranteed response time of 2 hours.
