To ensure an effective response to customer support requests, both night and day, regardless of time zone, Interxion offers the European Customer Service Center (ECSC). Staffed by highly trained individuals, the ECSC operates around the clock, 365 days a year, providing always-available, rapid, easy and cost-effective technical and business support.

The ECSC is at your service to handle all your queries and worries at any time of the day or night all year round. The ECSC is both a service desk and takes care of network monitoring, hands and eyes, rapid response, backup & restore and managed services.

The ECSC covers five languages on a 24x7 basis, with native speakers of English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch.

The ECSC is your answer for all Level 1 and many Level 2 questions, and will despatch site engineers as required. For advanced technical issues, your request will be escalated to senior engineers from Interxion Hosting Services, who deal with Level 3 technical issues.

The ECSC is dedicated to solving issues rapidly and effectively, to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from your internet and ICT infrastructure.
