SERVICE LEVELS
On the surface there are many companies providing on-line backup services. Interxion�s is set apart from many of these vendors because it is built on enterprise class hardware and utilises leading edge backup and restore software. All backed up data is replicated to a disaster recovery site located in Interxion�s SunTone� certified data center. Interxion offers SDS in three distinct packages each supported by industry-leading Service Level Agreements as follows:

The Basic service is aimed at companies requiring a high-quality backup solution, but not necessarily requiring a 3rd level of security and optional management tools. The Basic service offers a 99.8 % SLA on the availability of the Vault. Included is the support for backups of databases, such as Oracle, SQL and Exchange.
The Standard service is aimed at companies who have some special requirements, such as backing up individual emails, or very fast restores using local storage. The Standard service offers a 99.9 % SLA on the availability of the Vault. Backed up data is periodically replicated to a secondary Vault located in another SunTone� certified Interxion data center.
The Advanced service offers the highest level of backup and restore service Interxion provides. It includes special tools to manage your SDS budget over multiple departments or users and special incentives against data loss. The Advanced service offers a 99.99 % SLA on the availability of the Vault.
Support when needed Interxion�s European Service Center (ESC) is dedicated to customer support and fault handling. Our highly trained, multilingual staff are ready to assist you and your customers 24/7 with any questions or concerns about SDS.
