A wide range of parameters per element can be monitored against pre-defined thresholds. On breach of any of these thresholds Interxion will directly inform you (by phone, email or text message), so you can take action to prevent any further outages from happening. The Secure Monitoring Service (SMS) gives you a portal with one integrated view of all your systems. Here the real-time status of all your systems and their performance and availability over time can be reviewed. All problems that have occurred can be reviewed and analysed.

Interxion�s Secure Data Service (SDS) is Interxion�s disk-based backup service. We provide you with access to one of our high available and very secure Vaults, to which you can backup your data using a simple Graphical User Interface (GUI). The GUI comes with the software and user-account allowing you to be backing up your data literally in minutes after activation of the service. SDS allows you to back up a range of file-systems (Microsoft, Novell and Unix), the most commonly used hot databases (SQL, Oracle and Exchange) or even complete servers including System State and Registry.

With SDS Interxion provides you with a service that makes backing up and restoring data very easy, leaving you in complete control.
